It deserves its 3 stars. Free WiFi was available; the breakfast was very good. It was set relatively near Grand subway station;))
Unfortunately, the street was noisy. The bed was small.
it is within a walking distance of 360 chicago. the staff was friendly and the hotel met standards. pizzeria blaze pizza with quick meals was located 5 minutes walk away. it took 10 minutes to reach oak street beach on foot.
The room was clean, the shower had some of the best water pressure I've seen in a hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great for me since the meeting place was just across the street and there were several places to eat close by.
The room was smaller than pictured on the website.
The hotel staff was always friendly and knew who you were on a day to day basis, talked to you as though they knew you. The only thing was the timing and consistency of the cleaning staff was a little behind. Overall, a very nice and accomadating stay
Perfect hotel to visit chicago !
The staff was enthusiastic and let us know that they were glad we were there. It makes a difference. Charles, Monica, and the valets were very helpful. Upon registering, Charles immediately gave us a list of restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel and noted some 'favorites' for us. We chose the Lux, right down the block. Requested a table by the window and had a wonderful meal and great service while people-watching.' Hotel location was very good. The shore line, Michigan Avenue, and transit were all within a short distance. We had a great view from the 14th floor. I would have found the lobby "wanting" if we had needed to spend any length of time there, but we did not. This is a good hotel if you are looking for 'casual' over 'old' or 'elegant.' Our three-night stay was wonderful and we would definitely return.
Monica, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in giving us directions to Navy Pier and also giving us directions for the Red Line, which we rode to and from Wrigley Field for the Paul McCartney concert. We really appreciated her help! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good too.
Extremely clean, comfortable room and bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great for our weekend in the city. And the price was reasonable.
Close to Navy Pier,North Michigan Ave shopping and restaurants. Also Millenium Park and Grant Park were not that far to walk on a nice day.
Construction nearby that started up @ 6 -7 a.m. !!!
all services are amazing
if it could have spa/pool it would be even better
Bed and sofa bed wasn't good at all.
Very friendly Great location Safe
Customer service was outstanding
Color or the walls in room
Everything! It was a little pricey for us, but worth every. single. dollar.
the staff was so helpful, always cheerful
construction next door woke us up at 4AM one morning and 6AM on a Saturday...it wasn't the hotel's fault but it was annoying.
