Centrally located just two blocks from Magnificent Mile, the hotel offers easy access to shopping and dining. Rooms are clean but basic, and while the breakfast is filling with eggs, bacon, and waffles, it lacks flair. The gym, however, is limited with just a few machines. a partnership with a Planet Fitness nearby does exist but wasn't convenient for me. Additionally, parking is costly, and the sound of sirens from the nearby hospital can be a nuisance at times.

The King Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a good variety, though the scrambled eggs could be warmer. Parking felt pricey, but that's typical for downtown Chicago. I ran into an issue with the shower temperature fluctuating from lukewarm to scalding. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they were attentive to the concern, but I couldn't test it again during my short stay. Despite that, I enjoyed my time and would definitely choose this hotel for my next visit.

The King Suite we stayed in was okay but not very spacious. It had light comforters which we found a bit too thin. The bathroom had some mold spots above the shower that felt a bit off. The room was generally quiet, which we liked, and we appreciated the fridge and coffee maker. We didn't get the extra blankets we requested. Overall, it's fine for sleeping but could use some detail attention.

Had a lovely night in a cozy queen room with hardwood floors. The staff were helpful, assisting us with nearby dining choices. Don't miss the Walgreens just steps away for last-minute snacks! Just prepare for parking. it can be tricky to navigate. Overall, a great experience!
